No: it depends on how the themebuilder build his theme. Most off the time it's a problem with the navigation bar. You can solve this problem by deleting the z-index of each item -> but be carefull it could destroy some functionalities of your navbar. I build in also a Problem catcher - this can solve some problems to (just detect the div id or class witch causes the problem and type it in in the info panel). It's not a garantuee but it could solve the problem.
